Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. What this service is

The Payslip Management System ("the Service") is a self-service portal that gives staff of a subscribing institution secure online access to their own monthly payslips. The Service is provided by SOLOVE ENTERPRISES ("SOLOVE", "we", "us") to institutions ("Institutions", "Clients") such as hospitals and federal government agencies, for use by their staff ("Users", "you"). The Service does not process payroll or determine pay — it makes payslips already produced by the Institution's payroll system (e.g. IPPIS) available to the staff member they belong to.

2. Accounts and access

Staff accounts are created by the Institution's administrators, tied to a staff IPPIS number or equivalent identifier. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact your institution's administrator immediately. Institution administrators are responsible for accurately managing which staff have access, and for promptly disabling access for staff who have left the institution.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only to view and download your own payslips, or — if you are an authorised administrator — to manage payslip access on behalf of your Institution. You agree not to attempt to access another staff member's payslip, probe or interfere with the Service's security, or use the Service for any purpose other than its intended one.

4. Relationship with the Institution

Each Institution subscribes to the Service under a separate agreement with SOLOVE. Your access is granted through your Institution, and is subject to your Institution's own employment policies. Questions about the accuracy of amounts shown on a payslip should be directed to your Institution's payroll or HR department — SOLOVE does not produce or verify payslip figures.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranty of uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLOVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Nigerian law.

7. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises out of these Terms or your use of the Service, we will first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion between you (or your Institution) and SOLOVE. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way within a reasonable period, it may be referred to arbitration or the courts of Nigeria, as appropriate to the parties and agreement involved.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or in applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
